Thomas Beavers - Owner
Starting his first clearing business in 2012, Thomas has had a passion for the clearing industry. He had the opportunity to clear land for commercial ROWs and jumped at the chance to expand his knowledge in the commercial clearing industry. He met his business partner and wife on a job in Pennsylvania and they quickly realized that they could take their knowledge to Thomas' hometown and start a businnes. Carolina Underbrushing (Now RedTail Land Solutions) was founded in the fall of 2018. Thomas is the main Project Manager, a key operator and leader in sales. Outside of business, Thomas is a General Falconer and can usually be found out in the woods. His falconry was the inspiration of the rebranding logo.
Sydney Beavers - Owner
Graduating from NC State in 2016 with a Civil Engineering degree, Sydney started working on the road as a Project Engineer for a large clearing company. She worked mainly in Pennsylvania on transmission ROW projects overseeing the clearing and road installation in the Appalachian mountains. It did not take much convincing from Thomas to move back to North Carolina and start their business. Sydney is responsible for the communications, scheduling and general business needs of the company. When you call, she will be there to help you.
Lisa Lawless - Sales and Marketing Lead
Bringing to the team years of experience in managing residential projects and negotiating, Lisa is there to guide you with all of your project questions. In her past work, Lisa was the Project Manager for a house remodeling company in charge of creating a vision and coordinating efforts to bring the vision into reality. She takes her inspiration from the nature around us, she presents designs and solutions to meet all of your needs. Lisa is our leader in Sales and Marketing connecting with homeowners on their property solutions and leading them in how to make their dreams a reality.
